【Application】
You need to fill out the application form for Japanese class.
●Application at the KIA office
You will be asked to fill out an application form for Japanese classes directly at our office.
●By E-mail
Please send an e-mail to the e-mail address below, tell us your name and that you would like to apply for Japanese class. Please fill it out and return it to us.

(We basically reply in Japanese. Brazilian consultants will reply to Brazilian residents in portuguese.）
【Payment of tuition fee】
・Except for some classes, payment is generally made in cash.
(Credit cards, electronic money, etc. are not accepted.)
・Group class students are required to pay the current month's tuition fee at the time of first attendance each month.
・Private class students must pay the fee for each session when they fill out the registration form at our office.
・Please refer to “Online Private Class Rules” for details on how to pay for online private classes.
【Notice of Change in Opening Hours for Sunday Awazu Group Classes】
From October 2024 to March 2025, the opening hours for the Sunday Awazu Group Classes will be as follows:
Beginner Class: 9:10 AM - 10:40 AM
Intermediate Class: 10:45 AM - 12:15 PM
(Classes will be held three times each month.)

You can study with a teacher 1 on 1 freely. Please tell us what you want to study. We assign you a teacher according to your preferred time. (Online lesson is also possible) |

・¥1,000 /h ・￥700 /h for under 17 years old ・For online private class, ￥1,500/h for those who lives in outside of Komatsu city, Nomi city, Hakusan city, Kaga city |
※Pre-school children are not allowed to join the private class.
※If a suitable instructor is not available for your preferred time, you may need to wait until one can be found or your application may be declined.
※Please make sure to check "Rules for online private class" before applying.
